Hi, I'm Molly.
I've been a therapist for over a decade and I kept seeing the same things over and over. Underneath whatever clinical issues my clients faced, so many of them just felt overwhelmed, run down and drained by their everyday lives.
Then, it happened to me.
How could I be so unhappy when I created the life I thought I wanted
I had a job that fulfilled me and a family I loved. I had created the life I thought I wanted...so, how could I be so drained and unhappy? It didn't happen overnight.
It won't be fixed overnight either, but luckily, I found some things that worked quickly to help me feel better faster. I am excited to share these tips with you.
Tried and failed to fix how I was feeling
I was doing all the "right things"to feel more rested and take care of myself. Then, even THAT started to feel overwhelming!
Sometimes self-care becomes a job in itself. I've tried so many different things so that you don't have to! Learn from my trial and error so you can get straight to relief.
Became someone I didn't like
I was snappy and cranky. I lost my patience so many times. I started to retreat into a fantasy world where I just ran away from everything.
